Product Introduction
The JTY-HF-C33 linear beam smoke detector (hereinafter referred to as the dete
ctor) consists of a transmitter and a receiver, which is operated by infrared light that is not affected by color of smoke. Single chip microcomputer through the detector built-in CPU curing calculation program, make the detector has a strong analysis and judgment, can automatically complete the compensation for changes in the external environment and fire / fault judgments, and through the sound, light and signal output and other means to give a status indication.

Especially applicable to non-blocking space of high-rise building group, such as various shopping malls, hall, ancient buildings, large workshops, warehouses, tunnels, and a variety of building sandwich, stuffy, etc., This product can be used in any place where there is smoke before the fire is formed.

When the smoke enters the detection zone, the intensity of the received infrared light is reduced due to the light beam being blocked. When the smoke reaches a certain concentration so that the intensity of infrared light below the set threshold, the detector reported fire, start the buzzer, lit red indicator.

Engineering design
According to the "new fire design specifications compilation (a)", "automatic fire alarm system design specifications" GB50116-98 provisions:

Article 7.3.1: selection of linear fire detectors: no shelter large space or special requirements of the place, should choose the infrared beam smoke detector. (New national standard: linear beam smoke detector fire detector)
Article 8.2.1: Infrared beam Smoke detector beam axis to the ceiling of the vertical distance should be 0.3 ~ 1.0m, from the height should not exceed 25m.

Article 8.2.2: Horizontal distance of adjacent two groups of infrared beam smoke detectors shall not be greater than 14 m. The horizontal distance from the detector to the side wall shall not be greater than 7 m and shall not be less than 0.5 m. The distance between the transmitter and the receiver of the detector should not exceed 100 m.

The length of the detector protection design: the distance between the transmitter and the receiver, taking into account the dust and temperature and humidity changes in the environment, the general protection of the length should not exceed 80m, when the building is more than 100m above, should be installed in stages Follow the transmitter on both sides of the receiver in the middle of the installation, or in accordance with the receiver on both sides of the transmitter in the middle of the installation.

Detector protection width of the design: each pair of detectors on the left and right protection distance should be 3 ~ 7m, the distance between adjacent two detectors should be 6 ~ 14m. The horizontal distance from the detector to the side wall shall be within 3 to 7 m.

Detector protection height of the design: the height of the ground should not exceed 30m of the building, from the top 0.3m ~ 2.5m installation layout. When the building height of more than 15m, it is appropriate to use layered staggered installation, the distance between the layer and the layer should be arranged between 3 ~ 6m.


Design of detector mounting position: Detector layout should be based on the smoke can easily enter the beam area for the principle of the transmitter and the receiver between the optical path radius of 0.2m should be no shelter or interference source. Detector should be located in the window or chandeliers and other 0.5m above the position, can prevent the interference of light, dust, rain damage detector. Detector in the north and south when the receiver should be located in the south side. In case of sloping roof, inclined wall and other irregular buildings, the detector debugging angle is great, with the construction of the roof, the wall to the layout. The selected position should be firm and prevent displacement.

Detectors should not be installed in the following places:
