1. Application scope
FFX-ACD 0.3 Super fine powder fire extinguisher is one type of non-pressure storage fire extinguisher device. Which is designed for vehicle, bus engine cabin and narrow space, etc. Which base on solid gas conversion principle, while the solid gas producing agent is activated to produce large amounts of gas and driving the super fine powder extinguishing agent spray from the nozzle device for high speed jet. It can be not only used for a relatively confined space which full submerged application by extinguishing agent, but also can be used to the local application open space.
2.  Product Characteristics
2.1  Use ABC super fine powder to be the extinguishing agent with extinguishing in high speed and high efficiency.

4.      Work principle
When the fire occurs, the device receives the start signal, gas generator can generate large amounts of gas in a very short time. The device internal pressure increases rapidly, super fine dry powder (fire extinguishing agent) breaking the sealing diaphragm & jet out in high-speed, the super fine powder quickly spread to every corner of the protecting space. The fire extinguishing agent will totally flood the space. The flame was extinguished under super fine powder (fire extinguishing agent) flooding which by the physical and chemical interaction.

6.      Starting component (connecting with control panel)
The ignition charge is set on the front of the starting component, the end of the starting component set with a four core terminal. 1, 2 horns to initiate a connection line, 3, 4 corners connected feedback signal.
This type structure mainly for electric starter (manual or automatic).
It can be set with 2 interface in the middle of starting component, which can be connected with the external thermal  sensitive line. The thermal sensitive line can be inserted by push.

1.      Thermal sensitive wire (free from control panel and electrical starting) 
One of thermal sensitive wire for detection, another one of thermal sensitive wire for connection with super fine powder jet devices. While the fire occurs, any point or any part of the thermal sensitive wire detect the flame. The super fine powder jet tank will start and spray out the dry super fine powder.
Introduction of thermal sensitive wire:
When the environment temperature reach a certain high temperature while the thermal sensitive wire ignition,and active the dry super fine powder device starter to spray the powder for fire extinguishing.

There are two type thermal sensitive wire for optional
A: In the standard atmosphere, the thermal sensitive wire will ignition while the temperature reached 175ºC± 15 ºC or contact flame.
B. In the standard atmosphere, the thermal sensitive wire will ignition while the temperature reached 300ºC± 15 ºC or contact flame.

2.   Detection unit (glass sphere):
Detection unit temperature setting according to the using environment and client's requirements to choose standard thermal glass sphere.
3.    Work principle
Detection unit (glass sphere) will breakdown till the temperature rise to the pre-set temperature value, the spring push the center axis magnet iron move down very quickly and go through and coil to produce the electricity, the induction current is generated. The rectifying element rectify direct current to start the electric igniter. When the magnet at the bottom, the magnetic switch under the action of the magnetic force of a magnet conduction, sends out the control feedback signal.
